Manager, Treasury
The Treasury team in the Treasury & Accounting Department is to manage and optimize the assets and liabilities to maximize the profit of the Bank by managing funds of the branches and place funds while ensuring liquidity, interest rate, and market risks are maintained within the Bank’s risk appetite. Reporting to the CFO, Manager, Treasury, will be responsible for the fund management and liquidity risk management for the Bank.
Financial Monitoring and Analysis
· Daily liquidity monitoring and cash flow management
· Financial planning of funding structure, financial portfolio
· Market rate monitoring and control of FX / FTP rate and interest rate
· Financial market research and funding trends review
· Monitoring of M/M transaction, trading of securities review
· large transaction review : FX, wire transfer, EFT, cheque clearing/ collection, loan executions
· Periodical margin analysis for branch evaluation, net income analysis
· Profitability forecasting on new financial strategy or product
· Leading new financial projects: funding system or new promotional programs
Funds Management and Operations
· FTP (funds transfer pricing) maintenance and result review
· Nostro and Vostro set-up, COA setting
· Dealing and trading securities, borrowing / deposits planning and settlement
· FX/ FTP Spread adjustment and management
· Financial limit set-up such as branch cash limit, CE limit
· Development of funds structures and promotions
· Treasury regulation in policy, guideline and manual update
· Investigation on fund issue or any discrepancies and advice on them
· Communication with other institutions, the branches and back office regarding funds and trading
Risk Management
· Daily liquidity and Net cash outflow monitoring
· Daily FX Position, Credit exposure management
· Risk ratio watch: Leverage ratio, risk based capital ratio, RWA & BIS
· RDM validation
· Scenario stress test
