- Please take your time and thoroughly review the “HASCAP Borrower’s Representations and Warranties” below to confirm your eligibility and to understand what terms and clauses of HASCAP loan you must abide by. You will be signing the document at a later stage when your loan is approved.
- Download and fill out the following documents:
- Print, sign and scan the completed documents as PDF files.
- The signature on above documents must match the signature registered at SHBC
- Attach the forms and click the “Apply Now” button below.
- Once you submit, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
